Please Review Before Requesting Service
By requesting or accepting service from Carolina Road Rescue LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. Submitting an online request does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, or an appointment.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service apply to use of our website and to roadside assistance, mobile automotive repairs, diagnostics, maintenance, and related services provided by Carolina Road Rescue LLC.
“CRR,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Carolina Road Rescue LLC. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person requesting or accepting service.
2. Services
CRR currently provides selected roadside assistance and mobile automotive repair services. Available services may include:
- Jump starts and battery assistance.
- Flat-tire changes using a usable customer-provided spare.
- Vehicle lockout assistance.
- Emergency fuel delivery.
- Vehicle diagnostics and inspections.
- Selected maintenance and mechanical repairs.
- Selected electrical and sensor troubleshooting.
Not every requested service can be safely or reasonably performed at a roadside or mobile location.
3. Requests and Appointments
Online repair requests are requests for review only. An online submission does not create a confirmed appointment or require CRR to accept the work.
An appointment is confirmed only after CRR reviews the request and communicates acceptance, scheduling, and any applicable service terms to the customer.
Customers needing immediate roadside assistance should call dispatch directly at (843) 591-2203 rather than use the mobile repair request form.
4. Roadside Assistance
Roadside service is subject to technician availability, distance, traffic, weather, vehicle accessibility, and safe working conditions.
CRR does not currently provide towing or vehicle storage. Customers may need to contact a towing provider when a vehicle cannot be safely restored to operation at the service location.
Customers should contact 911 first when there is an injury, fire, immediate danger, or serious traffic hazard.
5. Service Locations
Customers must provide a location that is reasonably safe, accessible, and suitable for the requested work.
Customers are responsible for obtaining permission from property owners, employers, apartment management, hotels, commercial properties, or other parties when required.
CRR may decline or stop work when the location presents unsafe traffic, weather, lighting, surface, space, security, or environmental conditions.
6. Pricing and Payment
Pricing may depend on the requested service, vehicle condition, travel distance, labor, required tools, parts, materials, and additional issues discovered during inspection.
Estimates are based on information available at the time they are provided. Additional work or parts require customer authorization before proceeding when reasonably practical.
Payment is due according to the terms communicated for the service. CRR may require deposits, diagnostic charges, travel charges, parts payments, or full payment before or upon completion.
7. Parts and Materials
Parts availability, pricing, warranties, and delivery times may vary. CRR is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, shipping carriers, or unavailable parts.
Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s own terms. Labor or service warranties, when offered, will be described separately in writing.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and vehicle information.
- Describe known symptoms and prior repair attempts.
- Provide lawful access to the vehicle.
- Disclose relevant safety or mechanical concerns.
- Provide a suitable and authorized service location.
- Keep children, pets, and bystanders away from the work area.
- Remove valuables when reasonably necessary.
- Pay agreed charges when due.
9. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Delays
Customers should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling a mobile repair appointment.
CRR may reschedule, delay, or cancel service because of weather, emergency calls, traffic, employee availability, parts delays, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Applicable cancellation, travel, diagnostic, or non-refundable parts charges may still be due when disclosed in advance.
10. Limitations of Service
Mobile and roadside service environments are different from fully equipped repair facilities. Some repairs may require a shop, lift, specialized equipment, towing, or additional diagnostics.
CRR may refuse or discontinue work that cannot be completed safely, legally, or properly at the location.
A diagnostic opinion reflects the information and testing reasonably available at the time. Vehicle problems may involve multiple causes or require additional inspection.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRR is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from delays, unavailable parts, pre-existing vehicle conditions, inaccurate customer information, unsafe locations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
12. Website Information
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Service descriptions do not guarantee availability or suitability for a particular vehicle or condition.
We may update, remove, or change website content and available services without prior notice.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as our operations, services, or legal obligations change. Updated terms become effective when published unless another effective date is stated.
